Warehouse Supervisor Port Klang End Date:
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Submit invoice and packing list to forwarder for customs declaration.
- Liase with shipping agent.
- Liase with relevant authorities such as customs and others.
- Responsible to ensure the shipping documents are complete and accurate, timely dispatch of shipment advise to inter-department and customers.
- To prepare billings once each of the jobs are done with customs clearance.
- Monitor cargo in and out for warehouse division and also preparing billings for warehouse monthly storage charges.
- New assignments from time to time.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Candidate must possess at least Higher Secondary/STPM/"A" Level/Pre-U, Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Logistic/Transportation, Others or equivalent.
- Required language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia.
- At least 1 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Preferably with experience in related shipping, fowarding, warehousing and documentation.
- Willing to work as a team.
- Independent, discipline and good time management.
- Fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Basic Accounting:
- Data Entry
- Payment Voucher
- AR & AP
- Reconciliations
Able to handling daily accounting transaction of the company. Responsible for the preparation and ensure accuracy and timeliness of monthly management reporting.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Knowledge of latest UBS with GST module is a must
- Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Post Graduate Diploma, Finance/Accountancy/or equivalent.
- Required skill(s): MS Office.
- Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English

Customer Service Executive Klang End Date:
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Arrange import and export operation and documentation
- Arrange local and overseas transportation ( Sea & Air )
- Handle correspondence with local or overseas agents.
- Have a good liason with Shipping companies.
- Daily co-ordination of operation and customer booking.
- Manage Documentation and Customer Services Dept.
- Preferred with Custom declaration knowledge.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum SPM with good english communication skill is essential.
- Minimum 1 year of working experience in freight forwarding / shipping or related fields.
- Posses strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Required language : Good English & Bahasa Malaysia ( Mandarin is an added advantage).
- Able to work independently with minimum supervision.
- Knowledge of custom procedure is encourage to apply.
